Naturopathically formulated to support women’s wellbeing throughout the menstrual cycle.

The herbs used in this formulation will help to increase libido, lift and stabilise mood, reduce anxiety and balance hormones. It can be used in menopause, hormonal imbalances, mood swings, low libido and to alleviate symptoms in premenstrual syndrome.

Directions: use one heaped teaspoon of loose-leaf tea per cup, add boiling water and brew for approximately 5 minutes depending on preferred strength. Add sweetener of choice or a squeeze of lemon juice if desired. Store in a dry, dark place.

Ingredients: Schisandra chinensis (schisandra), Asparagus racemosus (shatavari), Mentha spicata (spearmint), and Turnera diffusa (damiana).

Contraindications: do not use in pregnancy.
