Personal information collected includes name, date of birth, age, gender, occupation, address, email address, phone number, current and past health, personal history, family history, medications, dietary intake, lifestyle information, pathology reports, payment information, internet usage information, and miscellaneous information collected through email discourse, text and social media. We collect your personal information through using cookies, when you subscribe to our mailing list, booking in consultations with us, booking discovery calls with us, correspondence via social media, correspondence via email, referrals from other naturopaths and other modalities (with your consent). Personal information may also come from a guardian, a partner and other healthcare professionals such pathologists and diagnostic imaging services. You can choose to disable cookies when accessing websites, but it may affect the website experience.

When you are in contact with me electronically such as email, contact forms, social media, or zoom, the personal information disclosed here is out of our control. By participating in these forms of communication you are agreeing to the risk of loss and disclosure of personal information for which we cannot personally be held responsible.

Business is predominantly conducted through Peak Naturopathy’s website. The website is linked to the internet which is insecure by its nature. We cannot provide total assurance regarding the secure transmission of information you communicate to us online. The security of this personal information can be breached and but not limited to intercepted and hacked during transmission. Therefore, any information that is sent to us via the internet is at your own risk. As mentioned above we take measures to safeguard your personal information but cannot assure you that the personal information that we collect will not be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this policy.
