Raspberry Leaf Tea 25g

$14.00
sold out

Raspberry leaf helps to reduce muscular spams and contractions of the uterus; therefore, alleviating period pain. It has a high tannin content which has been shown to reduce diarrhoea, a symptom often associated with period pain. If, like many of my clients, you suffer from period pain and loose stools then this tea is for you!

Directions: use one heaped teaspoon of loose-leaf tea per cup, add boiling water and brew for approximately 5 minutes depending on preferred strength. Add sweetener of choice or a squeeze of lemon juice if desired. Store in a dry, dark place.

Ingredients: Rubus idaeus (raspberry leaf)

Contraindications: do not use in pregnancy unless prescribed by your healthcare practitioner in the last trimester.
