Ebony Nash
Naturopath | Hormonal & Thyroid Health
Helping women reclaim their energy, cycle health and confidence.
Ebony Nash is a warm, grounded naturopath who blends clinical expertise, functional medicine principles and lived experience to deliver deeply personalised, holistic care. She believes health care should be deeply personal and truly holistic, taking into account not just symptoms, but the whole story behind them.
Ebony has temporarily closed her books to new clients as she begins full-time postgraduate study, undertaking a Master of Women’s Health Medicine (Gynaecological Medicine) with UNSW. This decision allows her to fully nourish and support her existing client base while dedicating the time and focus required for her advanced studies. Those wishing to work with Ebony in the future are welcome to join her waitlist.
With a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy and membership with the Australian Natural Therapists Association, Ebony brings an integrative, evidence-informed approach to every consultation. She combines herbal medicine, nutritional therapy, lifestyle strategies and advanced testing to support women experiencing hormonal imbalances, thyroid dysfunction, fatigue, cycle irregularities and complex chronic conditions.
Ebony is particularly passionate about thyroid health, shaped by her own lived journey with Hashimoto’s disease. She understands the frustration of being told “your results are normal” when your body is clearly saying otherwise — and she’s dedicated to helping her clients feel seen, validated and deeply supported.
Many women come to Ebony feeling confused, overwhelmed, or dismissed. They leave feeling informed, empowered, and confident in their next steps — with a clearer understanding of their bodies and a practitioner who is genuinely in their corner.

Pathology interpretation – Ebony can help interpret blood work from your GP and recommend next steps.
Advanced options (if relevant):
DNA testing.
Co-Biome gut microbiome analysis.
